- Information sharing between the Department for Business; Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and Ecotricity Limited to enable Ecotricity Limited to provide Warm Home Discount rebates on energy bills for their eligible customers who called the WHD helpline.
- Disclosed information
- The BEIS Warm Home Discount helpline will share personal data (unique identifiers; name; address; energy supply account number; meter point administration number; and WHD cohort) relating to a person who called the helpline and has been found eligible for a WHD rebate with their electricity supplier. The supplier will return personal data (unique identifier) if they are not able to provide that person with a rebate.
