- Information sharing between the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) and Utility Warehouse Ltd to provide Warm Home Discount rebates on energy bills for their eligible customers who contacted the WHD helpline.
- Disclosed information
- The DESNZ WHD helpline will share personal data (unique identifiers; name; address; energy supply account number; meter point administration number; and WHD cohort) relating to a person who contacted the helpline and has been found eligible for a WHD rebate with their electricity supplier. The supplier will return personal data (unique identifier and post code) if they are not able to provide that person with a rebate.
