- Purpose
- Exchange of data between the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the Government Digital Service (GDS) for Veteran's Card users to store their digital veterans card in the GOV.UK One Login Wallet.

- Digitising credentials, within a government wallet, and enabling them to be used across the public and private sectors will bring a host of cost savings and efficiency gains for HMG.
Verified credentials provide secure, tamperproof evidence of identity and eligibility, which provides departments a greater level of trust and confidence when providing their services - and reducing the opportunity for fraud.
Credentials can be revoked when eligibility expires, or when identity fraud is discovered. Removing these documents from circulation can help achieve enforcement or counter fraud-objectives.

- This is a one-way data share. Credential data will be supplied by Defence Business Services (part of MoD) via the Veterans Service which have onboarded to GOV.UK One Login.
