- This data matching service provides a route to identify certain water company customers who live in water poverty and to provide assistance to such people through the administration of both the WaterSure scheme enacted by the Water Industry (Charges) (Vulnerable Groups) (Consolidation) Regulations 2015 and social tariffs enacted by the Water Company for the purposes of s.44 of the Flood and Water Management Act.
