- DWP provides data matching and sharing services to DESNZ under separate agreements to identify citizens who may be eligible for a WHD. Data sharing pertaining to this Agreement is necessary for DESNZ to deliver helpline and correspondence functions in support of the WHD.

- DWP and DESNZ will share information relating to confirmed and potential WHDS recipients including: name, date of birth, address, electricity meter point number, scheme identifier, benefit and scheme status, call outcome.
